A prestigious law firm based in the heart of London is seeking for a Bilingual Front of House Receptionist to be part of their thrilling team.

Within this role, your responsibilities will be providing seamless reception and office administration support; duties will include meeting and greeting all visitors/clients, screening all incoming calls, forwarding calls and taking messages, managing the Reception inbox, booking and preparing meeting rooms, managing travel itinerary, ad-hoc administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the reception area is tidy at all times.

The company is dealing with important, high net-worth Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin or Russian speaking individuals on a daily basis. Therefore the successful candidate must be a dynamic receptionist who is professional, ambitious and is willing to take on additional responsibilities at any given time. It is vital for you to be well presented, highly organised, confident in dealing with people and well-spoken as you will be communicating with numerous clients/visitors and staff members.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist with strong language skills particularly in Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin or Russian to join a successful law firm in central London.

Profile

  • Fluent in Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin or Russian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous (internship) experience working within a corporate environment as a Secretary, Receptionist, Corporate Receptionist, Team Assistant or Front House Assistant is essential
  • A background within a law firm is highly beneficial
  • Excellent presentation, excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and have great attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft (Word/Excel and Power Point) applications desirable
