A permanent full time position has become available with this private University within their Student Management Centre.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a highly successful and well recognised company specialising in training and education for professional qualifications in a range of expert fields.

What will you be doing?

• Achieve conversion on recruitment volumes.
• Convert prospective students to enrolling.
• Provide a consistent level of support to students.
• Provide responses to student enquiries.
• Advise on course fees and entry requirements.
• Data entry.

About you?

This role is going to suit someone who is bright, engaging on the phone and have a willingness to find out more about students who are looking for some guidance. You will have experience working towards KPIs. You should be motivated in your desire to perform well and reach very manageable targets that are set. Proven experience within an inbound and outbound calling environment.
