HR Officer - up to £33k

A boutique international bank based in the City are looking for an HR Officer. They have an excellent working culture and fantastic team environment. 

We are looking for someone to step in and help the HR Manager and Associate with a range of projects and day to day support. Your responsibilities in this role will include scheduling meetings and interviews, updating the HR system, assisting with compliance and all general admin around the HR function. We are looking for someone proactive who can use their initiative to assist wherever possible. This will include recognising processes that can be improved and taking steps to streamline things. A natural organiser, you will enjoy getting things done quickly and setting up processes.
