An amazing opportunity to work as part of a National Charity that’s been helping people make positive changes in their lives in the UK for over 20 years.

This charity is looking for Customer Support Specialists to join their customer support and operations team to provide a top service to all customers and clients.

Responsibilities include –
  • Provide customers with training and ongoing support, across a range of channels and mediums.
  • Upload and transfer information into our systems, resolving any problems with data provided by customers. Prints and sends certificates.
  • Generates invoices for customer requests and works with finance team to resolve any invoice queries.
  • Works across the charity to support the delivery of projects with a customer impact.
Experience and skills required -
  • Experience of delivering outstanding customer support across multiple channels
  • Experience of working for an awarding organisation or within education
  • Experience of working within a regulated environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills including all Microsoft products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, trustworthy and co-operative
  • Ability to accurately complete varied tasks within deadlines
  • A passion for customer customers
  • A focused listener, able to read situations quickly, manage conflict and retain composure.
