Who will you be working for?

Our Client is a membership organisation focused on transformation and making a positive difference.

What will you be doing?

The role of HR and Office Assistant will be to manage the office reception, general administrative, support seniors within the business and to support across all areas of HR as required.

This may include:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Diary Management to the HR team and business Directors (travel, meeting's, events etc.).
  • Sorting and franking post (ingoing and outgoing).
  • Act up as fire warden - full training will be given.
  • Updating internal systems.
  • Checking invoices and supporting with Payroll.
  • Monitoring incoming emails and responding.
  • Supporting with HR and other related Projects as required.
  • Administration of employee benefits
  • General administrative support.
  • Compiling and collating information as required by the Director and team.
  • Maintenance and ordering of office supplies.
  • Preparation of meetings and the meeting room.
  • Scanning and filing.

About You

  • Relevant HR sector experience or notable interest would be advantageous.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional and positive approach to your work.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and at times pressurised environment.
  • The ability to multitask and have a flexible approach to your workload is essential.
  • You will also be technology savvy.

The HR and Office Assistant is a 12 month fixed term contract paying a salary of £24,000-£26,500pa (dependent on experience) plus benefits including 10% of salary in bonus post probation.
