We are currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist to start in July. This role is paying £12 p/h, for 3 months, and is located in Central London.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is in global leader in environmental, health, safety, risk, social consulting services and sustainability related services. They strive to provide innovative solutions to their clients, and work within a diverse range of industry sectors. Based in central London, their modern offices are located near the Gherkin.

What will you be doing?

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Booking meetings
• Arranging couriers
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Screening phone calls
• Sorting and distributing post

About you:

• Well-organised
• Friendly and polite
• Efficient
• Able to deal with queries from customers and clients
• good with computer systems
• Previous reception experience is ideal
