We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals with a keen eye for detail and experience managing VIP client relationships and working to tight deadlines. This role requires a motivated self-starter who can prioritise their workload and who will be able to support delivery of membership campaigns across multiple audiences and channels. 

 

Hours: Full time

Location: Central London

Salary: Dependent upon experience 

Start Date: Summer 2019

Interviewing: ASAP

 

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain key client accounts to achieve individual sales target
  • Ensure all new members are of an exceptional standard
  • Understanding the needs of all members
  • Attend to members enquiries connecting them to relevant service providers 
  • Attend networking events to connect with potential members and build relationships
  • Look for new opportunities to add value to the membership and generate revenue for the club
  • Actively generate, and close, new business opportunities 
  • Carry out effective meetings with existing members
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date member forecasts for any given month or year
  • Communicate with members at a senior level to resolve issues and enquiries
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience
  • Report on service results on a weekly basis and suggest improvements
  • Ensure members invoices are raised and paid on time
  • Ensure supplier invoices are raised, checked and approved for payment
  • Drive membership retention, renewals, upsells and members’ satisfaction

 

Candidates must be / have:

  • Prior experience of Account Management / Relationships Building
  • Proven experience growing existing accounts
  • Strong communication skills that are service orientated
  • Ideally 2 / 3 years + experience in a similar environment 
  • Business Development experience 
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of Sales CRM systems an advantage
  • Good analytical skills
  • Additional language(s) would be beneficial
