HR Officer

We are currently recruiting for a HR Officer who is available to start immediately and work on an estimated 3 month temporary contract, paying £35,000 per annum (pro rata / £18-£19 an hour). The role is with one of our clients based in Tower Hill, a wonderful location based next to London Bridge. This is a chance to get involved with a professional educational institution for a specific field of healthcare.

Who will you be working for?

As one of the distinguished colleges in London, their focus is on training, research, quality and advice for its vast member base in the health sector. They are an academic institution with a passion for increasing the standards of healthcare provision in the U. Their office location is in the prime sightseeing hub of Tower Hill, just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks including the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. You will be based in their new office complex in a historically important part of London.

What will you be doing

• Coordinate and Implement a new system across the college which will process DBS checks for Services users and Carers around the UK.
• Will be involved with recruitment processes within the business.
• Post holder will also need to organise travel arrangements for service users and careers.
• Other HR duties as required
• This role will involve travelling to various college bases in Scotland, Ireland, Birmingham and Yorkshire and may include overnight stay so candidate must be willing to cooperate with this as required.

About you

• Previous experience in coordinating implementing HR systems
• Previous experience in leading recruitment processes
• Open approach to carrying out various administrative and ad hoc tasks when required
• This role will be subject to a DBS check being carried out
