Clermont Group are searching for an entry level office manager for our client who is a privately owned investment firm based in Victoria. The role will entail supervisory duties over the part time receptionist, the role will also require covering the front of house as required by the business as well as some administrational tasks. Further duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Responding to queries from managers and staff, ensuring all queries are dealt with correctly and escalate where appropriate.
  • Facilities
  • Primary contact for building notifications.
  • Coordinate and mange vendors
  • Health and Safety - Coordinate and manage health and safety training and be primary responder, including first aid, fire drills and regulatory paperwork.
  • Building Pass
  • Work with IT to issuing passes to new staff
  • Work with IT to issue contractors passes for after hours and weekend work
  • Ensure office and kitchen supplies are in stock and do all ordering.
  • Conduct floor-walks and regular checks of the office environment, incorporating inspections of all office equipment to ensure they are fully operational, reporting faults or taking action to address any issues.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained at all times and therefore disruption of use by the customer is kept to a minimum.
  • Coordinate repairs and renewals
