HR Administrator - Global Law Firm - Paying up to £26,000
Global Law Firm based in the City seek an experienced Administrator to join their forward thinking and friendly team. The role itself supports the London HR Team but also has the chance to support the Global HR Team from time to time.
Duties include:
Assisting the HR Manager on a daily basis
Maintaining the HR database including holidays, payroll, absence and personal details
Assisting with the Recruitment and Graduate Recruitment process
Annual employee processes such as reviews
Completing research
Assisting with the on boarding process, including preparation of packs for employees
Maintaining the Benefits administration including Health Club Membership, Season Ticket Loans etc
Skills:
6 Months + Administrative experience gain within another Professional firm
Genuine interest in HR
Professional in conduct
Excellent communications and organisational skills
Proactive, self starter who works well without close supervision
