Management Accountant in Advertising

A fantastic advertising agency with a unique company culture is looking for a pro-active and confident management accountant to join their warm and vibrant agency.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for sales invoicing, credit control, month-end reporting, statutory accounting, budgeting & forecasting. The role’s working hours are 9:30-6pm.

As management accountant, you’ll be doing the following:

• Credit control and production of aged debtor analysis
• Daily sales invoicing, bank reconciliations and audit assistance
• Maintain and reconciling the Balance sheet and fixed asset register
• Freelance tracker management
• Production of overhead reporting and variance analysis
• Assistance with budget preparation and monthly overhead re-forecasting
• Time utilization and job profitability reporting
• Intercompany reconciliation and checking payment runs
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Other ad hoc projects as required

The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a management accountant for an agency and have excellent working knowledge of Paprika and Excel.
