We have a brilliant Executive Assistant/ Operations Manager role for an online health company based in offices in East London. This EA role is working mainly for the charming Founder, with some help to the wider team. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to get stuck into a wide variety of different projects. Not only will you be booking travel, hotels and restaurants, you will be overseeing new branches being built so must be confident liaising with suppliers and manufacturers. You will also be responsible for managing a busy office, ordering supplies, keeping everything nicely stocked and assisting with HR. There will be some ad hoc private duties for the Founder too. You must be super enthusiastic with small projects as well as the large ones. The client is looking for someone who is highly organised and brilliant at prioritising a workload within a fast paced environment. This is a wonderful time to be joining the company, you might get the chance to travel with your boss and you can really make it your own. You must be able to bring personality and creativity to the role, have terrific people skills, be outgoing and able to think independently.
