A family owned private Chartered Accountants based in Holborn are recruiting for a Part Time Client Account Manager / Administrator.   The role is to be based in the office 2 days a week (with flexibility).  The role is to support the team with additional administration support such as:

  • Onboarding new clients generating engagement letters
  • Compliance for setting up new accounts
  • Strong written and spoken skills account managing both new and current clients
  • Understanding of VAT returns
  • Scanning and digital filing (1-2 hours per week)

You must be proficient in the following software packages:  Microsoft 365, Xero, Karbon, Box.

This role requires a proactive person who can hit the ground running and ensure that the job will leverage the practise partners time.  You will be a key team player and fundamental to the operation and smooth running of the office administration.  A great company who has a strong work ethic and drive to provide the best for all clients.
