A family owned private Chartered Accountants based in Holborn are recruiting for a Part Time Client Account Manager / Administrator. The role is to be based in the office 2 days a week (with flexibility). The role is to support the team with additional administration support such as:
- Onboarding new clients generating engagement letters
- Compliance for setting up new accounts
- Strong written and spoken skills account managing both new and current clients
- Understanding of VAT returns
- Scanning and digital filing (1-2 hours per week)
You must be proficient in the following software packages: Microsoft 365, Xero, Karbon, Box.
This role requires a proactive person who can hit the ground running and ensure that the job will leverage the practise partners time. You will be a key team player and fundamental to the operation and smooth running of the office administration.
