We are currently recruiting for a PA role based in the City. Previous PA experience is not necessarily required - however it would highly desirable if candidates have previously worked in the Professional Services industries in an administrative or support type role. 

Your role as PA, will be to support two people in particular with their business administration and to make their working day as efficient as possible. 

The team you will be joining are very supportive, understanding and relaxed - therefore it's really important that candidates can demonstrate a real team-player attitude and demonstrate your keenness to work as part of a team. 

Further duties will include:

  • diary management
  • meeting planning
  • ordering stationery 
  • speaking to clients on a regular basis to organise meetings 

Communication skills are also key in this role; as the team supports the wider business with client management and post-transaction care. Therefore, both written and oral communications skills are important to demonstrate. 

This role would suit someone who has transferable administrative experience, keen to work as a PA in a supportive setting.
