PA and Project Coordinator - Creative Advertising

Top class Advertising agency based in Central London, are looking for an amazing PA and Project Manager to join a growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with top class organisation and a passion for the advertising world. Based in creative and buzzy offices, this role will provide excellent exposure into the industry and the opportunity to kick-start a career in projects!
As PA and Project Manager your role will be varied and all-encompassing. Day to day, you will support the MD as PA, handling anything admin related including all travel and meeting management, booking rooms and catering, expenses and more! The MD has been relatively self-sufficient until this point, however, since being promoted her workload has grown enormously and she is now looking for a real self-starter to join her small team and help support on the wider projects which could include marketing activity e.g. creating mail outs and content or assisting in the implementation of large-scale projects. Your will be based in a small team of passionate individuals and as such, culture is really important; they are looking for an energetic and fun individual with a proactive nature and willingness to get stuck in and involved!

To be considered for this role, you should have strong PA or TA experience (2 years+) and be receptive to supporting on projects. You should be totally comfortable with Excel spreadsheets and be adept at tracking activity. The team are also looking for someone ambitious, who wants to grow and progress. The right person will be a strong relationship builder, problem solver, loyal and able to work on your own initiative. A creative flair or design skills would also be very welcome!
