PA to 2 - Creative Branding Agency

My client, an exciting branding and design agency based in the heart of central London, is in search of a superstar PA to support the Creative Director and MD. As PA, your role will involve supporting 2 Senior Executives in all things administrative, as well as assisting in some creative workflow. You will handle everything from diary and inbox management, to creating presentations for pitches. You should be adept at booking travel, tech savvy be willing to assist the wider team with ad hoc duties as required, so a helpful and proactive nature is essential.

To be considered for this role you should be an experienced PA/ TA with a willing and helpful nature. You should have experience working in an agency or similar creative environment and should feel comfortable in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will be a born networker with an open and confident approach. You should be proactive, organised, sharp and switched on with a strong sense of urgency as things move so quickly.
