My client, a membership body based in the City, are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator who has gained experience in coordinating training courses. This is a twelve-month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent.

The Role
Schedule and coordinate the facilitation resource(s).
Manage the logistics (venues, catering, accommodation, and other resources of all people development activities to ensure value for money and good quality services.
Provide product/service expertise, support, information and guidance on a day to day basis to deal with inquiries from customers and staff, resolve customer issues, and create information materials as required

Person Specification
- Confident and professional telephone skills and manner
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Assertive and can influence positively to gain acceptance
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to multitask within a pressurized environment
- Takes ownership of a problem until it is resolved
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Microsoft competency: Intermediate Word and Excel; Advanced Outlook; Basic Powerpoint
- Experience within a customer facing role providing telephone and online support
- Day to day use of multiple administrative processes
- Working with and meeting multiple service level agreements
- Data entry to and running reports from customer databases
- Working in a small team where cross-cover and flexibility is required
- Providing first line technical support to customers.
Education & Professional Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Training or qualification in customer service
- Good general education to at least GCSE level including English and Maths
