With an enormous and topical new initiative underway throughout the UK, we are looking for a Secretarial Team Coordinator with relevant experiences within the energy sector.

Who you will be working for?

You will be working for a specialist business consultancy with expertise in the utilities and the energy sector. This company is a specialist market design, governance and assurance services provider engaging the core of the UK's energy, environment and water sectors. Be part of an organisation that are passionate and aim to shape a more eco-friendly future for everyone's benefit.

What will you be doing?

You will be liaising with committee and Governance team to ensure and oversee the delivery and quality of pre and post meetings details. You will be supporting a small team of 4 on a daily basis.

Key duties to include:

• Relationship building with members.
• Overseeing the co-ordination of content and quality produced for meetings.
• Acting as first point of contact for enquiries.
• Management of the quality of work produced by Secretaries.
• Project support.
• Ensuring SLA levels are met along with an exceptional standard of service.
• Day-to-day team Co-ordination.
• Meeting attendance.

About you:

You will have:

• 1 year previous experience within the energy sector.
• Previous team leading or coordination experience.
• Attention to detail and a quality and target focused approach.
• An understanding of projects, programmes and change management highly desired.
• Ability to motivate and encourage others.
• You will be a great problem solver and a team player.
• Microsoft packages proficiency essential.
• Have a passion for delivering an outstanding service.
• Highly analytical approach.

The Energy Sector Team Coordinator is a permanent opportunity. The applicable: £30,000-£41,000pa (dependent on experience) plus bonus and exceptional benefits.
