A leading Finance Company has an exciting opening for a bright and ambitious internal Recruitment coordinator / HR Administrator. Working as part of a professional and friendly HR team based in Canary Wharf. Our client is looking for a motivated, driven and highly organised individual to be a key member of the team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling high volume of interviews as directed by the managers, coordinating interview processes inline with company procedures
* Extensive diary management
* Inputting and updating candidate information
* Administration of candidates testing
* Processing pre-employment references and compliance checks
* Coordinating, editing and posting internal and external adverts
* Meeting and greeting candidates, keeping a professional courteous and timely manner at all times
* Process candidates expenses and recruitment invoices for payment
To be considered for this interesting opportunity you will have a solid recruitment admin background ideally having supported a team of 3 or more individuals, ideally within an internal recruitment team.
Any knowledge within professional services would be advantageous.
