Inbound Customer Service Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Inbound Customer Service Executive to join this award winning Global Property Company based in the West End.

Within this role you will be responsible for fielding all inbound sales enquires to the team and ensuring that all enquires are answered promptly.
Key responsibilities include:
-Managing all inbound sales enquires for the team
-Fielding leads to relevant fee earners
-Preparing and editing documents
-Updating availability schedules and viewing schedules for fee earners
-Liaising and referring clients to members of the department
-Dealing with online enquires and assist with 'live chat' function if all fee earners are unavailable
