We are recruiting an exciting opportunity to work within a friendly and busy National Law Company based in the City on a part time basis.
This is a perfect opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service experience, to be the front face of their organisation.
Position: Receptionist
Location: City
Salary: £26K Pro Rata
Hours: 3-6 month contract, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 20 hours a week. Between 10-6pm
Situated in modern and stunning offices in the heart of the City, your key duty is to provide 5* customer service to any visitor attending their office.
Duties include:
*Ensure all client receive a meet & greet service
*Coordinate all food and drink requirements for meetings
*Ensure all meeting rooms are set up in line with their brand/ standard
*Manage external client meeting room bookings
*Ensure all meeting equipment (AV/VC) is working and set up on time for all meetings
*Ensure all meeting rooms are set up in accordance with the organisers requirements
*Report any fault's relating to - building, cleaning, security to the relevant person[s]
*Ensure all relevant legislation is adhered to including H&S, risk assessments & food hygiene
*Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and recommend changes when necessary
*Ensure all appropriate needs of our clients are met e. - equipment, parking, security passes, refreshments and lunches etc.
Candidate specification
*Previous experience working within a Corporate Receptionist position
*Experience within Hospitality.
*Excellent verbal communication skills.
*Highly organised and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
