Advertising Team Assistant - ASAP start

A creative advertising agency in central London is looking for a pro-active temporary Team Assistant to support two managers. They are looking for someone to join them as soon as possible in their trendy offices.

This is a fast-paced and fun environment, where no two days are the same.  You must have previous team assistant experience, and be happy to muck in with everything, you might be needed to cover reception on lunch from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Diary management
• Acting as gatekeeper and managing all calls and enquiries
• Managing emails and post on behalf of managers
• Producing documents, briefing papers, presentations and reports in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ad-hoc administration
• Always staying one step ahead!

Requirements:

• Previous PA/Team Assistant experience
• Good team player and attitude
• Excellent MS Office skills
