A top American Investment Bank is seeking an EA / Broker Support.  This is a newly created role where you will be based in beautiful offices located in the heart of the City.  They are looking for an EA to support the Head of International Equity Sales and adhoc overflow to the team.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for that next step and to work for a well-known organisational.  Typical duties include:
  • Extensive global international travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Inbox management
  • Maintain client information in the CRM system
  • Attend client meetings building relationships
  • Assist with the roadshow coordination
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE

It is desirable to have PA experience within finance.  Must have strong knowledge of MS Office, ability to work confidentially and able to meet tight deadlines.
