Property/House Manager

Superb role for a high level, hands-on House Manager to take control of various residencies for this HNWI. Ideally this requires a person with Butler training who is prepared to live in accommodation close to the residence (near Richmond) for two thirds of the year and travel when necessary to set up the overseas property for the arrival of the principal.

You will be adept at managing a tight ship, will enjoy overseeing a multitude of residencies (1 Estate, 1 Central London property and 2 beautiful overseas properties, one of which is a stunning castle) and will be able to travel when they are hosting large events abroad. You will be used to running a tight ship and ensure that everyone is doing what they should be doing and will have an acute eye for detail. This individual has exquisite taste yet also keeps a close eye on the budgets. Whilst this is a high level role, you must also be happy having hands-on involvement with cleaning and laundry and provide Butler services when the principal is in town. Collating staff rotas will come naturally to you and you need to have a minimum of 5 years experience running a private household to be considered for this opportunity. Important to mention that there are ever changing priorities so you need to be comfortable with the Principal changing their mind at the last minute. The Principal has a strong track record with staff and if you are prepared to work hard, go above and beyond and make things happen, you will be rewarded well.
