An elite tier, US & international law firm is looking to hire a Legal Recruitment Coordinator, located at their stunning offices close to Fenchurch/Liverpool Street stations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with circa six to twelve months experience in a UK/US law firm, looking to take the next step in their career.

Duties to include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Liaising with partners, arranging interviews and greeting candidates;
  • Setting up and updating new joiner and leaver checklists and attorney summary sheets;
  • Arranging the induction program for all new attorney joiners and attending them;
  • Requesting references and pre-screening/background checks;
  • Assisting with arranging trainee training;
  • Assisting with Assessment Days for Vacation Scheme candidates;
  • Booking external courses for training.

 

 

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar position, ideally in a law firm capacity.  Excellent written and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task under minimal supervision is highly essential for this role. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is also required.
