HR Officer - Charity - 12 month FTC

Currently we are seeking a HR Officer for an incredible charity based near Southwark (SE1). This is an ethical, professional and friendly charity. This is a 12 month FTC, a great opportunity if you are passionate about getting into the charity sector.

Location: Waterloo (SE1)

Salary Expectation: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum

Job Description:

• This is a very generalist role providing advice across all areas
• Ensuring all the policies and procedures are up to date and correct
• Overseeing the recruitment for the organisational
• Composing the monthly reports for the recruitment
• Responsible for the L&D and implementing new procedures
• Advising on all ER cases
• Managing and supporting two HR Administrators

Skills and personal attributes:

• Must have strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Personable, hard working and reliable
