IT/Digital Support Officer – PR Agency

Our client is a dynamic PR agency based on London’s Bankside.  This brand new role supports the whole London office with liaising with their shared service  IT Providers, dealing with technical issues, equipment and IT set up as well as offering general admin support to the Operations team.

Specifically you will provide technical support across the company in person or over the phone, monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory, mange the Company Mobile Phone system, repair & replace equipment, liaising with internal IT partners to resolve issues, be the focal point  in the business for IT related issues, offer support for the digital team and  offer assistance with office moves etc.

You will have 18 months + experience in an IT support role with a technical and logical thought process, problem solving skills, a keen eye for detail and experience of working on and resolving basic technical issues both on PC and MAC. You will work well in an intensely busy & fast paced media environment.
