Our client is a Chartered Surveyors company in Buckhurst Hill. They are looking for a Part Time PA, 15 hours per week to join their team on a permanent basis.


  • Taking all incoming calls
  • Sending and recording post (including attending local post office to purchase stamps, sending recorded or special delivery items or posting letters and other mail at the end of each working day)
  • Managing office stationery
  • Arranging couriers
  • Taking dictation
  • Typing letters and documents
  • Filing and managing email documentation
  • Preparing PDF’s, draft reports and notices
  • Managing petty cash
  • Managing office documentation
  • Chasing payments from clients
  • Issuing invoices and greeting clients.


  • Previous PA/Secretarial experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation and with external suppliers and customers
