My client, a leading global Corporate PR company are looking for an outstanding Team Assistant to join their busy Media & Digital team in their Central London offices. The office environment is dynamic and high pressured, but you will be surrounded by a good spirited team of like-minded people.
You will be supporting a team of 9 people in the London office in addition to one of the MD's, and your Team Assistant duties will include: diary management, booking international travel arrangements, co-ordinating corporate entertainment and updating databases. An interest in news is also important as other duties will include sending press releases and monitoring press coverage along with social media. You must have advanced IT skills and a knowledge of the Microsoft Office package as you will assist with creating PowerPoint presentations.
You must have prior Team Assistant experience, preferably in the corporate sector. You must be articulate, enthusiastic, hardworking, and prepared to work occasional late nights and early mornings. As the client/press contact, you must possess a professional manner at all times. You must also be a resilient team player with great attention to detail.
If this sounds like the perfect role for you, send over your CV for immediate interview.
