An international entertainment and media organisation is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Facilities Manager and supporting the cast member talent. You will need to be proficient, proactive and have the ability to build relationships with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing monthly reports to the Facilities Management Team on the month's service point activities
  • Logging all fault calls on the computerised logging system
  • Producing worksheets to action requirements where necessary
  • Ensuring all worksheets are distributed to the correct individual and contractor
  • Entering completion dates on the computer system
  • Answering the Service Point telephone promptly
  • Assisting with general queries including building faults

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a Facilities Coordinator role
  • Experience of working with SAP
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft programmes such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
