Our client, a rapidly growing Professional Services firm, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join their busy team.

This is truly generalist role; and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain and develop HR skills and experience.

Amongst the duties of the Human Resources Administrator will be:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, in person, via telephone, and email
  • Recruitment Administration posting jobs, scheduling interviews, organising assessment centres, as well as generating offer letters and contracts
  • Undertaking pre-employment screening checks
  • Supporting the onboarding and induction process
  • Working with Finance to process payroll
  • Managing sickness and absence reporting
  • Compensation & Benefits administration
  • Providing administrative support to ER cases
  • Coordinating training courses

  • Human Resources Administrator - what we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience within an HR Administration role
  • Excellent people facing and communication skills
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at any one time
  • A keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload without sacrificing accuracy, are key
  • MS Office Suite, to include strong Excel
