My Client is a Private Equity boutique based in the heart of the City. They work in lovely offices with two of their portfolio clients in the same space. They are a super friendly, collaborative bunch investing into interesting, tech related businesses.
They are looking for an amazing Office Manager to come on board and oversee their office containing a team of 7 individuals. You'll also be in charge of overseeing the building and Landlord management for the wider office containing 90 people.
This is a position for someone who is happy rolling up their sleeves, picking up on a wide variety of projects such as:
Managing all aspects office
Managing Suppliers
Event management
Project management - helping portfolio companies sort new offices, meetings, logistics, recruitment
PA support to the three Partners
Research
Some PowerPoint presentations
Some support on financial matters
It is imperative that you are graduate level with some Office Manager or Operations Manager support within financial services.
This is a great role for an organised individual who is a strong communicator with solid planning skills, common sense, initiative and fun.
You'll also be managing a Receptionist who will be assisting you.
