A highly successful strategy and innovation agency based in the city, are looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant/Office Manager. This agency prides themselves on being fast-moving and creatively-driven, whilst remaining friendly and supportive. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a brand with an impressive portfolio, that have conducted work in over 50 countries. They are looking for an energetic and committed person to join the team, who will be comfortable taking on dual responsibilities and being the glue that holds the team together, who will be directly supporting the founder and CEO.
As EA your tasks will involve acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for the CEO’s clients, extensive diary management, preparation of documents. You will have the opportunity to stretch beyond traditional EA competencies by supporting the team in producing client deliverables such as undertaking desk research. Your Office Coordinator responsibilities will include greeting visitors FOH, managing and screen phone calls, organising meetings and client workshops. You will perform general administrative tasks including travel organisation, internal and traffic meetings coordination, IT support, social media management and recruitment. You will also perform accounting related functions for expensing and basic book keeping.
To be the dream candidate for this job, you must have 3 years prior experience as an EA or admin assistant, ideally in a marketing/ strategy/ creative environment. You will be an expert an prioritising and a strong attention to detail. You must have Core Mac and MS Office skills (Ideally experience in Google Suite.) You must be educated to A-level or degree level and additional qualifications as Office assistant/ Secretary are a plus.
