We are looking for a dynamic, business-savvy and driven Personal Assistant to support the CEO and wider team of a fast-growing global company. Based in lovely offices in the trendy Soho. This substantial role will appeal to entrepreneurial candidates who are looking for an opportunity to be involved in all areas of a business, traditional PA duties, new business and more. You will need to have bags of common sense, show good initiative and be able to make last minute changes run seamlessly! This is an exciting and fast paced role which you will be able to grow with as the company keeps growing.

Daily duties will include:

  • Proactive management of extremely busy diaries, meetings and correspondence
  • Acting as gatekeeper, maintain effective relationships and communications across all levels of the wider team as well as with external corporate contacts
  • All travel arrangements for the CEO including travel, accommodation and facilities including visas as required
  • Preparation of reports and presentations using Word and PowerPoint including the company’s corporate presentation

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, be confident, client-facing and seeking a fast-paced role.
