The role will require support to an inspirational MD and the wider team within a well-known and highly regarding insurance firm in the City.

Complex diary management, booking global travel, inbox management and arranging both client and internal events are all key tasks within this busy, fast paced role. 

The key requirement of this role is to deliver and coordinate high level support for the most senior level executives, using your strong organisational and time management skills. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and ambitious PA who is looking for a truly involved role.

Skills and experience required:
  • Demonstrable PA experience in an Insurance environment
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • A proactive and flexible approach to your workload
