A global Insurance firm based in the City of London are looking for a hard-working and confident Personal Assistant to join their vibrant and busy office for a 3-month rolling contract.
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for looking after a large team within the business and will be required to provide both professional and personal support.
The chosen candidate must be able to start as soon as possible and have a proven history working within ideally an insurance or financial services environment, ideally 2 years+.

Duties and responsibilities
- Diary & inbox management
- Calling and receiving contact from clients and handling phone queries
- Minute taking in meeting
- Booking meetings and conference calls
- Managing expenses
- Updating the company database
- Arranging complex travel both international and domestic
- Preparing presentations using Microsoft Office suite.
Skills
- Excellent understanding of urgency
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to organise and prioritise complicated travel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage stress, personable, self-confident
- Ability to anticipate needs, particularly for repeated tasks
