Bi-Lingual French EA to UHNW Family Office - Mayfair W1

An opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and experienced Bi-Lingual French/English PA to support the Chairman in this niche Family Office in Mayfair.  This is a diverse role covering a corporate/private support role at Chairman level with occasional support to the CEO.  Intelligent, numerate and professional you will handle extensive diary and coordination of meetings and travel.  Acting as point of contact for the UHNW Chairman forging excellent relationships both within and outside the company.  Able to deal with property/household staffing matters both in the UK and abroad together with personal support to include banking and payment of personal bills, travel, personal appointments and liaising with family members.  Experience supporting at CEO/Chairman level in a private capacity as well as corporate is essential for this role as it is a 50/50 split of duties.

Responsible for the day to day running of the office, sourcing suppliers and contracts,, supplies etc.  Keeping the office to  high standard and working closely with another EA making sure there is adequate support/cover for the Principal and Office.  Working with another EA who supports the CEO you will have support and cover and a trusted colleague to work with also.

A background within a niche working environment is preferred where the EA has had a multi-tasking role covering both corporate and private.  Degree standard, intelligent and solutions driven, this is a responsible role where there are high standards/demands at times.  You will have supported at a CEO/Chairman level in both a corporate/private position and have good office management skills.
