Our client is a leading Private Equity firm based in London Bridge looking for temp support within the HR team.  The role needs an astute, on the ball and very professional temp who can come in and hit the ground running.


Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the onboarding of all new starters: preparing contracts, pre-employment screening checks, collection of personal data and inductions
  • Co-ordinating all recruitment interviews and overseeing candidate testing
  • Maintaining soft and hard copy filing systems including all personnel information within the HR Database 
  • Recording and managing company holidays and sick leave
  • Compiling ad hoc personnel reports 
  • Organising all employee training, maintaining the corresponding paperwork
  • Diary management, expenses and co-ordinating travel for the HR Director and HR Manager
  • Responsible for making sure the department remained GDPR compliant through regular data cleanses
  • General administration and ad hoc admin tasks for the HR Director and HR Manager

Filing, scanning, letter writing

Must also have a bit of office management on your cv.

Important to hit the ground running with an approach that no job is too big or small.
