One of my favourite clients is looking for a fantastic Team Assistant to join their lovely firm. The role would suit a motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent communications skills both written and oral. Also good administrative training / experience within an office environment / corporate professional services. The Team Assistant will be Working alongside the HR Manager and reporting directly to the Partner responsible for Office staff.
There are peaks and troughs in the workload so it is necessary to be flexible and have the ability to work on own initiative. Must be be able to deal with all levels of hierarchy confidently.
Tasks are split between acting as receptionist and office assistant.
The main daily tasks consist of answering/directing phone calls, organising meetings, arranging travel and working closely with the HR Manager and PA's.
Another exciting element of the Team Assistant role is during the graduate recruitment season where the Team Assistant will be required to scan and select CVs, book interviews, respond to candidates queries, meet and greet candidates, organise travel expenses.
The Team Assistant will need strong attention to detail, be organised with strong initiative and a confident approach. A professional and polished telephone manner and be energetic but calm under pressure.
If this role sounds ideal then please apply directly to this ASAP.
