£10 per hour - £11 per hour

Are you advanced on Indesign and looking to temp in a dynamic and busy office?

My client, a construction company based in the city is looking for a temporary Indesign Marketing Administrator to support the partners in an all encompassing role. This role is perfect for someone for is looking for a busy temporary opportunity where they can grow on their skills whilst working with a supportive and charismatic team.

You will be required to:

• Create bid documents
• Proof reading and edit documents
• Typing content and sourcing images and information
• Creating schedules and presentations
• Branding documents
• PA duties to the wider team such as booking travel, coordinating diaries and arranging couriers
• Cover the reception when needed

You must have previous experience using Indesign. You will have at least 6 months administrative experience, confident on all Microsoft Office programs and immediately available. The perfect candidate will be professional, resourceful, unflappable and a self starter. It would be advantageous to have knowledge of WordPress, Photoshop and Illustrator.
