Account Executive

An exciting, fast growing accommodation start-up company is looking for an Account Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring homes are onboarded seamlessly and always maintained to the highest standard. You will be well organised and someone who takes pride in your attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the onboarding of our homes in partnership with the Onboarding Team and professional photographers
• Managing the healthy and safety procedures and quality standard requirements
• Coordinating maintenance in partnership with the Operations Team
• Managing communication with homeowners about areas relating to property management and maintenance
• Supporting the Account Team in communication with homeowners

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Previous account management experience
• Excellent communication skills including competent written skills
• Adaptable and able to manage details carefully and respond to new challenges
• Able to work independently in pursuit of team success
• Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks and challenges
