What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: EA to Head of Investments (1:1)

Key duties: This is a varied role and the responsibilities will included but are not limited to;

• Diary and meeting coordination both nationally and abroad
• Travel management including visa, hotel bookings and transport
• Managing research and working across various projects
• Acting as the first point of contact with all clients
• Board meeting preparation and minute taking when necessary

What makes this position great? This is new role and a chance to support on a very senior level individual on a 1:1 basis.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: For this role it will be essential that you have solid EA experience, ideally 5 years + within Investment Management or professional services with financial services exposure

Qualifications: A-Levels +

Availability: Asap
