A prestigious international law firm is looking to hire a new PA to support members of their busy Risk and Compliance team.  Responsibilities will include diary management for the senior members of the team, setting up regular meetings and collating agenda items, typing and document production, making travel arrangements, completing expense claims, maintaining various databases and registers, assisting with the roll out of training courses, updating and publishing training materials and policies and procedures, assisting the EA in the team when necessary and any other ad hoc duties when required.  Candidates must have previous PA experience, preferably within a City law firm, along with strong communication and written skills.  Applicants should also be able to handle confidential information sensitively and have the ability to liaise with personnel across all levels of seniority.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
