Role: Personal Assistant 

Location: Central London 

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.30pm  

Salary: £35K

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for an established Fashion Photographer in Kensington, London.

Split between office and home you will be required to work 8.30am – 6.30pm Monday – Friday, however a degree of flexibility is required. 

A large part of the role is to manage the hectic schedule of the client which often changes and will involve frequent prioritisation and scheduling/rescheduling of meetings and appointments at short notice internally and externally.  You will need to be able to manage complex diary arrangements, worldwide travel, fashion castings/shoots as well as private affairs.

The role would suit an ambitious, hardworking, and highly adaptable individual, who is highly discrete and possesses excellent communication skills. The most important characteristics are a positive attitude and energy.  She, or he, will always be thinking about what they can do to make things easier and then swiftly putting these ideas into practice.  The willingness to help and the ability to anticipate what might be needed, and act on it, is crucial.  The remarkable PA is always at least a couple of steps ahead.

A candidate with a background in Fashion is essential. 


·      Co-ordinating travel, including car services, hotel arrangements and flights with flexibility for last minute changes, regardless of time zone

·      Working collaboratively in order to ensure the smooth running of commercial castings/events/meetings and photo shoots. 

·      Managing and organising large scale events

·      Producing travel itineraries, including all required documentation

·      You will also be required to provide full PA support to the individual.  Duties are likely to be diary management (both business and personal), expenses, travel booking etc.

·      Making reservations for meetings/events at appropriate restaurants and venues 

·      Collating and submitting all expenses using our Expense Management Tool 

·      Ad-hoc administrative and personal tasks as and when required  

·      Packing the diary with client visits worldwide and organising seamless, efficient travel

·      Organising the tight management calendar including prep and follow-up from meetings, and one-to-ones with direct reports 

·      Being eyes and ears to the client

To be considered for this role you must; 

·      Solid experience as a Personal Assistant 

·      Working knowledge and professional experience of all MS packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

·      Tech savvy 

·      Excellent and proven high attention to detail

·      Extensive experience in managing a hectic schedule

·      Proven ability problem solve, find a solution and see the bigger picture 

·      Proven ability to work efficiently and proactively 

·      Proven ability to prioritise effectively, work independently and exercise good judgment

·      Organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Experience in Fashion v
