This highly regarded furniture designer and manufacturer are seeking a Project Administrator to join their busy and successful team on a ongoing temp basis to help over their busy summer period.

As Project Administrator you will be supporting a team of four - six busy Project Managers with their day to day duties and will be responsible for providing a premium service to both the customers and the business.

Project Administrator - Duties:

Attending weekly meetings and providing minutes / agendas to all relevant parties

Picking lists, invoicing and variations

Responding and dealing with any client queries

Compile user manuals on completion of each project

Installer and sub-contractor support

Compile documentation for Project Managers such as risk and method statements and health and safety documentations

Document control for larger projects

Monitor and prioritise Customer Services E-mail enquiries

Filing

Other ad admiration duties

Project Administrator - What we're looking for:

Previous experience working in a similar environment within furniture assembly and manufacture would be an advantageous

Ability and commitment to hit deadlines

Excellent attention to detail

Confident written and verbal communicator

Interpersonal and team-working skills

Full valid UK driving licence maybe required to travel to sites
