Graduate Team Assistant opportunity, Hedge Fund, Mayfair

A unique opportunity has arisen for a graduate to join a leading Hedge Fund Management firm based in beautiful offices in Mayfair, as a Receptionist/Team Assistant. This is a career-developing role, where you will be supporting a team of Analysts as their Assistant, while also providing first class front of house support on the reception desk.

The firm are keen to hire someone who would like to eventually develop their career to become an EA, who thrives on providing support to others, and would appreciate having the opportunity to learn and develop in the high profile investment sector.

You will be a university/secretarial college graduate, seeking a Team Assistant role. To thrive in this role you will be looking for a corporate environment in which to work, will be confident, proactive, thrive under pressure and enjoy a challenge. You will be well presented and client facing in your communication style.

Duties:

Meeting and greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, making refreshments and always keeping an immaculate reception area and a first class service.
*Diary management
*Coordinate international travel (multi-stop)
*Drafting itineraries / agendas
*Arranging visas
*Processing monthly expenses
*Arranging conference calls 
*Extensive phone coverage
*Meeting and greeting visitors and guests 
**Assisting other teams with support

The successful Team Assistant must have a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced environment, able to prioritise and must have strong Microsoft Office skills.
