Based in-between the hub of cosy restaurants and boutique cocktail bars, Crone Corkill have an exciting opportunity for a Candidate Resourcer to join their enthusiastic, successful and incredibly welcoming team of Consultants based in their West End branch!

This is an incredibly varied role that will see you acting as the Team Assistant, with a large bulk of your job acting as the Candidate Resourcer, sourcing and registering candidates. You will report directly into the Director who you will provide administration, project and research support for with an overflow on assisting with jobs, arranging interviews and liaising with clients directly. This is a unique role which will allow you to bring fresh, exciting ideas to the company with encouragement to create events, office activities and incentives!

Responsibilities

  • Writing and posting job adverts for the Director and wider team.
  • Advertising the Directors roles daily and monitoring advert responses, calling suitable candidates and arranging registration interviews.
  • Interviewing candidates on behalf of the director, recommending them for suitable roles.
  • Liaising with clients and candidates on behalf of the Director both over the phone and face to face.
  • Sourcing for candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and internal systems.
  • Project management and data management.
  • Providing holiday cover for the Director.
  • Arranging events and supporting with ad-hoc projects
  • Proactively managing the Directors daily tasks
  • Ad hoc duties.

    • Requirements

  • Previous experience working within an office environment
  • Drive to organise 10-15 candidate registrations per week
  • Recruitment experience is highly desired however not essential
