Are you on a Visa and unable to commit to permanent work? are you looking for office work before you go travelling, are you in between jobs, a recent graduate?
We are seeking Receptionist's and Administrators that are looking for 3-6 months contract work!
The right fit is key! we like candidates who have their own passion outside of work, Self-motivated, are personable and a team player! Yet can work solo in a heads down co-operate or creative environment.
The roles can vary from:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering calls
- Ordering office supplies
- Helping with office events
- Back up support to the PA's
- General office administration
- Ad hoc duties, including ordering lunches and ensuring the office is always well maintained.
- Data entry
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Any Degree - 2:1 and above.
- at least 3 months office/reception experience.
- Can do attitude!
