Qualifications/Education Required.

* A graduate looking for an entry-level role
* Office administrative experience preferable
* Experience in a similar secretarial role desirable but not essential

To succeed in this Renewals Coordinator role, you will have:

* You will have an assertive but friendly manner, excellent IT skills, good typing and
administration skills and the ability to multi-task.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to liaise with high net worth
individuals
* Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills including mail merge
* Flair for English language with good spelling and grammar
* High level of numeracy
* Strong organisational skills
* Well spoken, clear speaking voice
* Highly developed "soft" skills such as a warm approachable personality, positive approach
and natural social graces

Key accountabilities within this Renewals Coordinator role include:

Office Administration:
* Maintaining filing systems
* Maintaining up to date record of renewals due

Professional Standards:
* Chasing other agents on renewals
* Preparing renewal documents to be sent to Landlord & Tenant
* Chasing Landlord and Tenants for signed documentation
* Assist with negotiations
* Updating charges on the system

Team
General team responsibilities:
* Answering telephone, ordering stationery, providing day to day support to the team
