HR MANAGER FOR EXCITING AND AWARD WINNING DIGITAL DESIGN AGENCY, UPTO £65K
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of HR or Senior HR Manager to report directly to the CEO and Founder of this highly successful Integrated Experience Design Agency dedicated to delivering holistic product and interaction design solutions for the world's most exciting brands.
Established in 1997, my client employs a world class team developing brand-defining strategies and executing experiences covering product, brand, interaction and service design. This role is open to both full time and part time (3 days per week) Senior HR Individuals who are looking for a vibrant, innovative Creative Agency, design led and who can perform a Generalist HR role, offering guidance and HR Initiatives to both the Founder and Staff. You will head up all general HR Administration from Contracts, NDA's, company handbook, overall management of HR Database systems, Induction for new Joiners and bringing in new initiatives, developing and implementing a company wide L&D Programme, main point of contact for company Lawyers. Manage all Employee Relations across 2 Studios of 60 staff, develop a strategic yet personable approach to performance management. Assist in ensuring the company values and goals are set across the business. Work in conjunction with a small US office of 10 assisting the Financial Controller for the US to support HR requirements with US employee legislation. Ensure employee feedback is shared with the Management Team in a coherent, effective way, looking for improvements and solutions. Managing HR projects, new location analysis, change management and performance management. Overall management of all Recruitment briefs, resourcing in conjunction with the Project Management Team, working with Universities identifying Graduate Talent, liaising with Recruitment Agents and the LinkedIn account in fulfilling briefs.
